Job Title: Lead Mechanical Operator

Location: Slough

Salary: From £40,000 - £48,000 (inclusive of shift allowance), depending on experience

Performance Bonus: Company bonus based on performance

Welcome Bonus: £2,000

Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off (2 days, 2 nights, 4 off), 12-hour shifts

• Commitment to continuous improvement and safety
• Effective teamwork and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

• Lead first-line maintenance for production machines, including operational decisions
• Identify and repair mechanical breakdowns
• Ensure machine and process performance
• Use diagnostic tools to find root causes of issues
• Coordinate a team of operators and temporary staff to meet targets
• Assist operators to meet daily production goals
