In this role, you will work closely with supervisors and managers to lead a team in the overhaul, service & maintenance of pumps & other rotating equipment.

The Role:

• Mechanical fitting activities related to dismantling, inspection, repair, overhaul, assembly, and testing of rotating equipment.
• Complete equipment repairs accurately and on time, adhering to company and customer HSEQ requirements.
• Read & interpret risk assessments, maintenance instructions & engineering drawings.
• Mentor team members.

The Person:

• Previous experience in a Lead Fitter role.
• Minimum of 10-15 years experience working with rotating equipment (overhaul and maintenance).
• Time Served craftsperson in mechanical discipline or relevant qualifications.
• Good communicator & team player.
