Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services Engineering required.
• 3–5+ years of experience in building services design.
• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical building services.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit desirable).
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of mechanical building services projects.
• Conduct surveys, feasibility studies, and detailed designs.
• Produce specifications and technical documentation.
• Perform site inspections and manage contract administration.
• Mentor and support junior engineers and technicians.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors and wider design teams to achieve project goals.
