Are you a mechanical professional with strong HVAC expertise and experience in generator systems? Looking for a long-term role with a reputable main contractor and a steady pipeline of high-profile projects?

We’re on the lookout for a Mechanical Lead to join our delivery team on a major Data Centre build in Slough. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in a technically complex, fast-paced environment where your input will have real impact from day one.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading mechanical installation across the site, focusing on HVAC and generator systems.
• Coordinating subcontractors and ensuring quality, safety, and programme are upheld.
• Working closely with project leadership, design, and commissioning teams.
• Driving performance through planning, problem-solving, and proactive leadership.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven track record on mission-critical or large-scale commercial builds.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, ductwork, chillers, air handling units, etc.
• Experience with diesel generator installations is highly desirable.
• Ability to manage subcontractors, monitor progress, and ensure compliance.
