Caludon Castle School seeks an Assistant Leader of Maths to head the department and raise attainment across GCSE and A Level. It is a full-time, 1-year maternity cover role with a December 2026 start date. The post offers a supportive, collaborative team and access to excellent professional development.

The appointee will lead curriculum delivery, mentor colleagues, and ensure inclusive provision and high standards of learning for all students.

Qualifications

• Be an excellent practitioner with a passion for learning and teaching.
• Lead the Maths department to deliver excellent outcomes.
• Teach Maths up to A Level with strong GCSE and A Level results.
