The role offers up to £40,000 basic salary, a performance-based bonus and benefits including pension, private medical insurance, and ongoing training. Applicants should hold NVQ Level 3 and a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair required.
• Experience as Master Vehicle Technician or Senior Diagnostic Technician.
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding and repair skills.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose complex vehicle faults and repair to manufacturer standards.
• Perform vehicle servicing and maintenance.
• Support first-time fix targets and uphold workshop quality.
• Mentor and assist other technicians within the team.
• Conduct vehicle health checks and recommend additional work.
• Stay up-to-date with Hybrid and EV technology.
