Job summary

Qualifications

• BSc or equivalent in Chemistry with postgrad experience in analytical chemistry and hands-on MS.
• Experience with LC-MS/HRMS and advanced separations for modern modalities.
• Experience supporting analytical platforms for new modalities (e.g., oligonucleotides, peptides, WLPs).

Responsibilities

• Serve as hands-on MS expert delivering data and method development support for small molecules and modalities.
• Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot MS methods to ensure robust data quality.
• Support platform modernisation and evaluate new MS technologies and workflows.
• Collaborate with Discovery Chemistry, Modality teams, Informatics, Automation and external partners.
• Ensure MS work meets quality, safety and regulatory standards.
