Marine Cargo Broking Leader - Lead an already successful team, supporting and managing an existing portfolio of business to inherit and grow.

In this role, you will work closely with your counterpart to develop, coach, and bring out the best in your team. You will lead from the front, maintaining direct involvement in tools and processes, traveling to meet new and existing clients, and developing strategies for continued global growth.
