Job summary

Redline Group is seeking a Lead Manufacturing Technician for our client in Hertfordshire. You will contribute to new product introduction, troubleshoot processes, and drive continuous improvement across electromechanical systems.

The role requires hands-on experience in manufacturing or process engineering, knowledge of manufacturing documentation, and the ability to lead improvements in a fast-moving technical environment. On-site role with opportunities for specialist project work.
