Role Purpose

The Lead Manufacturing Engineering Manager will oversee the Manufacturing Engineering Team activities and develop capabilities to meet business needs.

Reporting to the Head of Manufacturing, this role will help establish a global network of efficient and high-quality manufacturing facilities close to markets.

You should be an excellent communicator, driven, and committed to quality and continuous improvement. Experience in electro-mechanical assembly, production processes, and lean manufacturing techniques is preferred.

This is a data-driven role that supports robust change management and decision-making.

Candidate Requirements

• Natural leader and change manager
• At least 5+ years leading a Manufacturing Engineering or Operations Excellence team
• Experience in performance management, lean methodologies, and process development tools

• Excellent communication skills and data analysis capability
