Qualifications

• Strong background in manual machining.
• Experience within a machine shop environment.
• Previous leadership or management experience.
• Strong understanding of engineering drawings and machining processes.
• Commutable to Sheffield.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day running of the machine shop.
• Lead and support a team of machinists.
• Oversee manual machining and production.
• Ensure quality, efficiency and production targets are met.
• Support the team with technical knowledge of manual machining.
