Job summary

Tesco UK in Perth is seeking a Lead Manager to steer a key store department, acting as the senior leader on shift and delivering outstanding service to customers and colleagues.

You'll drive sales, standards, safety and compliance, coach teams on the shop floor, spot talent, and support growth while promoting Tesco products and local community involvement.

This permanent role offers 36 hours per week with flexible working options from day one, and a competitive salary and benefits package.

• Bringing previous leadership experience in retail or a fast paced, customer focused environment, with a proven ability to manage teams, solve problems, and deliver results.

You will need

• Previous experience leading a team in a retail or fast paced, customer focused environment.
