Nationwide is seeking a Lead Manager for the Business Savings Products team to own the commercial management of savings across our brands. You will drive growth, balances, income and profitability, including trading, pricing, balance forecasting and medium-term planning. You’ll help shape the product strategy within the Business Banking proposition.
The role offers hybrid working and is based at our London, Northampton or Glasgow offices with UK-wide collaboration.
This Lead Manager role sits within our Business Savings Products team within Business Banking. Our team are the business owners for Business Savings, with responsibility for the products and propositions we offer our business customers.
The role will focus on commercial management of the savings books across both brands, with responsibility for growth, balances, income, cost management and profitability. Activities include trading, pricing management, balance forecasting and planning over the short, medium and long term. You will also have a key role to play in setting the product strategy as part of the overall Business Banking proposition.

For this job you’ll spend at least two days per week, or if part time you’ll spend 40% of your working time, based at either our London, Northampton, or Glasgow office. If you’re based at our Glasgow office, this will apply from 1 April 2027 and ahead of that there will be a need to regularly connect with colleagues for collaboration events.
