Nationwide Building Society is seeking Business Advisers for its Glasgow-based telephony team. You will provide outstanding customer service to small business customers, handle queries, and promote digital services.

We are looking for highly motivated individuals to provide a best in class, tailored made experience to our small business customers. But don’t worry, we will coach, support and encourage you to develop the skills you need.
This role works on a rotational shift basis between the hours of 8am – 8pm. The first three weeks of training will be held in person, on site, on a Monday to Friday 9 to 5 schedule.

For this job you'll spend at least two days per week, or if part time you'll spend 40% of your working time, based at our Glasgow office. As you'll be based at our Glasgow office, this will apply from 1 April 2027 and ahead of that there will be a need to regularly connect with colleagues for collaboration events.
