Lead Maintenance Engineer
Location: Oxford
Salary: £50,000

Joselyn Search are currently recruiting for a Lead Maintenance Engineer to be based at a commercial estate in Oxford. The successful candidate will be required to carry out all aspects of multi-skilled maintenance as well as taking a lead on other members of the engineering team. The candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and a proven track record in commercial building services.

This position would be ideal for a Lead Engineer currently in a similar role who is keen on progression. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary in the region of £50,000 with a potential route into further career progression and management.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

1. Lighting
2. Changing Ballasts
3. Emergency Light Tests
4. LED Lighting
5. Small installations
6. Fault-finding
7. Lamping
8. Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
9. Water Treatment
10. Carry out all aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenance
11. Plumbing
12. Maintain and update Log books
13. Monitor the BMS systems
14. Arrange specialist sub-contractors

Hours of Work

Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm

Requirements

1. Electrical / Mechanical Qualifications Level 2/3 NVQ or City & Guilds Equivalent
2. 18th Edition
3. A good understanding of all trades
4. Good communication skills
