Are you an established Lead Maintenance Engineer looking for a new challenge? Would you like to work for one of the world’s leading Facilities Maintenance providers? An exciting opportunity to join an established international FM service provider based in Camden Town has arisen!

PRS Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Lead Electrical Maintenance Engineer to be based at a commercial environment located in Camden Town. The successful candidate will carry out all aspects of multi-skilled maintenance within this commercial office building environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of facilities maintenance and a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. This position is suitable for a Lead Maintenance Engineer seeking career progression. The company offers a competitive salary of up to £43,000 per annum, with potential for further career development and management opportunities.

  • Assist the Supervisor in the day-to-day running of the contract
  • Manage KPIs and SLAs alongside the Supervisor
  • Arrange specialist sub-contractors
  • Manage reports and site log books (collaborating with the Contract Manager & Supervisor)
  • Ensure all paperwork is up to date and ready for audits
  • Attend client meetings as required
  • Perform lighting tasks (small installations, fault-finding, lamp replacements, etc.)
  • Maintain air conditioning systems – Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Units (filter changes, cleaning)
  • Monitor BMS systems (e.g., hot & cold readings)
  • Ensure statutory compliance
  • Monitor water temperatures
Hours of Work
  • Monday to Friday (40-hour week)
  • 08:00 am to 17:00 pm
  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
Requirements
  • Electrical Level 2/3 – NVQ or City & Guilds equivalent
  • 17th / 18th Edition wiring regulations
  • Client-facing and presentable
  • Proven experience in commercial building maintenance
