Lead Maintenance Engineer
North Down
Day shift (8.30 - 5pm Mon-Thurs & 4pm Fri)

If you are a Maintenance Engineer looking to take the next step towards management, this is the position for you.

We are working in partnership with a well known supplier to the consumer goods sector to recruit a Lead Maintenance Engineer for their site in the North Down area. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of the facility's equipment and systems.

Your Responsibilities as a Lead Maintenance Engineer;

• You will conduct daily meetings with on-site technicians to coordinate tasks and address operational priorities.
• Attend the daily AOS meeting with the Operations department to align on updates and objectives.
• Organise and manage daily and weekly workloads, ensuring efficient task allocation and timely completion.
• Completion of weekly reports to track and monitor progress and performance.
• Preventative and Reactive maintenance on racking, ammonia systems and refrigeration.
• Monitoring SCADA systems.

As a Lead Maintenance Engineer, ideally you will have;

• An Electrical or Refrigeration qualification.
• Experience with SCADA
• Ideally experience working within a fast paced environment.
