Lead Maintenance Engineer

My client is currently recruiting for a lead engineer for a new contract based around Oxford street/Piccadilly area. You will be level 3 qualified either electrically or mechanically with a proven track record in commercial maintenance.

Duties will include:

1. All planned and reactive maintenance, including lighting and power
2. Single and three phase fault finding back to panels and fuse boards
3. Checking the BMS system
4. Plant checks, AHU, fan coils, and HVAC fault finding
5. Escorting subcontractors
6. Working with the client
7. Using the CAFM system and general paperwork

Hours: 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday

Salary: 51K plus call out, overtime, and company benefits.
