Qualifications

• Background in event design, production or proposal writing.
• Proven track record as Sales & Event Manager or similar, with client relationships from brief to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop compelling proposals and design concepts from client briefs
• Pitch creative ideas to luxury brand and high-net-worth clients
• Build long‑term relationships with clients, venues and industry partners
• Attend site visits and meetings to convert and strengthen key accounts
• Brief the operations team with clear technical specifications
• Manage event budgets and project reporting
• Mentor the wider sales team and stay ahead of luxury design trends
• Support on‑site delivery at live events
