Qualifications

• Experience in negotiating and agreeing key terms within term sheets and LMA facility agreements.
• Patience when dealing with other stakeholders and simplifying complex concepts.

Responsibilities

• Advise on transaction structuring and common risks.
• Support clients and advise internal stakeholders on legal advice.
• Project manage loan transactions to execution.
