Job summary

Lawyers On Demand Limited is seeking an experienced credit lawyer to support a leading banking client in lending documentation and facilities within the retail wealth and private banking division.

The role is full-time with an immediate start for a 6-month maternity cover, requiring 3–4 years' PQE and strong transactional experience in banking. Candidates should work autonomously in a busy environment.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years' PQE in credit and lending transactions.
• Experience in banking/financial services lending.
• Able to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support credit business on lending and transactional matters.
• Advise on Lombard lending and facility documentation.
• Set up facilities and manage full lifecycle of lending arrangements.
• Review consents, amendments, waivers.
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and new products.
• Instruct and manage external counsel as needed.
