Job summary

Eclipse is seeking a Production Manager for live events based at the Excel Conference and Exhibition Centre in east London. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of production management experience and in-depth technical knowledge of audio, video, lighting, and LED systems.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing the pre-production process, and ensuring the highest level of service delivery. Flexibility in working hours is required due to the nature of the role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role - production management in live events.
• Possess in-depth technical production knowledge, specifically working with Audio, Video, Lighting and LED.
• Ability to develop strong relationships and rapport with clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong relationships and rapport with clients.
• Manage all aspects of the pre-production process including technical drawings.
• Produce accurate quotations and proposal documents.
