Job summary
Carlsberg Britvic is seeking a Product Development Manager to lead the liquid development of new soft drink products from concept to commercialisation, coordinating cross-functional teams across marketing, supply chain and factories.
You will drive project delivery, scale-up, and technical strategy, ensuring compliance with regulatory and Britvic processes while delivering robust, market-leading liquids. This role requires strong leadership and industrial FMCG experience.
Qualifications
- Honours or Degree in relevant science discipline.
- Project management qualifications are required.
- Experience in FMCG technical departments leading cross-functional projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead the liquid development of new soft drink products from concept to commercialisation.
- Influence the product innovation pipeline using trends and external partnerships.
- Project manage technical workstreams with multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring compliance with Britvic processes and legal requirements.
- Provide technical liquid expertise and coaching to support technologists, factories and supply chain teams.
- Build collaborative partnerships with Marketing, Supply Chain and Suppliers to enable project delivery.
