Job summary

Stirling Warrington is seeking a Lift Service Engineer to cover the North West, based around Bolton. The role focuses on reactive breakdowns and planned servicing to ensure high reliability of passenger and goods lifts.

You will work as part of a respected lift service, installation and repair team, travelling across the North West to service customer sites. The ideal candidate holds an NVQ Level 3 in Lift Engineering, has at least two years of relevant experience and can diagnose and repair

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Lift Engineering.
• 2 years of experience in a Lift Service / Maintenance Engineer role.
• Proficient with fault finding, diagnosis and repair on Passenger and Goods lifts.
• Full UK driving licence and willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Attend lift breakdowns and undertake planned servicing and maintenance work.
• Provide Service and PPM work at customer sites.
• Offer technical support and advice to customers and maximise first‑time fix rate.
• Maintain a professional image on site as a company ambassador.
• Travel across the coverage area in the North West.
