Responsibilities

• Manage your own lift service engineer team in London.
• Attend lift breakdowns and undertake planned servicing and maintenance.
• Provide Service and PPM work at customer sites.
• Offer technical support and advice to customers and maximise first-time fix rate.
• Maintain a professional image as a company ambassador on site.
• Travel throughout the coverage area.
