Qualifications

• Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification (or above) is a firm requirement.
• At least 2 years' hands-on experience in an early years or EYFS setting.
• Confident knowledge of the EYFS framework, including observations and assessments.
• The ability to communicate clearly with children, families, and colleagues.
• The right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver play-based learning experiences rooted in the EYFS.
• Mentor and guide junior staff in your room, sharing your knowledge and approach.
• Build warm, consistent relationships with children and their families.
• Track and document children's progress, flagging concerns early.
• Maintain safeguarding, welfare, and health and safety standards at all times.
• Cover room leadership when needed.
