Job summary

Alecto Recruitment is seeking an experienced LEV Installation & Service Engineer based from Aylesbury to lead site installations across the UK. You’ll install dust extraction and LEV systems, perform testing, service work and liaise with design teams to ensure projects meet exact specifications.

The role requires P601 qualification, proven field experience, a UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationwide, including overnight stays.

Qualifications

• P601 qualification is essential.
• Proven experience installing and servicing LEV or industrial dust extraction systems.
• Ability to lead installation teams on customer sites.
• Strong understanding of COSHH regulations and workplace safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation of industrial LEV and dust extraction systems on customer sites.
• Install ductwork, extraction hoods, fans, filters and related equipment.
• Carry out LEV testing and between-project examinations.
• Diagnose faults, service systems and perform remedial work.
• Coordinate with design/manufacturing teams to meet specifications.
• Support workshop manufacturing of LEV systems when required.
• Prepare testing documentation and ensure COSHH/HSE compliance.
