Job summary

Bridgefords in Stockton Heath (part of Connells Group) is seeking a Lettings Manager to lead a high-performing lettings team and drive market share while developing your career within the UK’s leading property services group.

You will oversee day-to-day lettings operations, support valuations/listings, and build strong relationships with local landlords and tenants, delivering outstanding service and achieving targets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a managerial or senior lettings role within estate agency.
• Ability to lead, coach and develop a team to meet targets.
• Strong customer service background with a track record of delivering results.
• Excellent communication, numeracy and attention to detail.
• Full UK driving licence is required.
