Opportunity: Lead Legal PA at Fieldfisher

We have an exciting opportunity for a Lead Legal PA to join Fieldfisher's Real Estate team.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Managing the PA team daily, setting an example and ensuring adherence to the PA model and Hybrid Policy.
  2. Supervising performance management via Clear Review, engaging the team, and ensuring proper system use.
  3. Chairing regular PA team meetings to foster teamwork and sharing key information.
  4. Participating in monthly Lead PA meetings, completing assigned actions, and cascading information.
  5. Addressing team performance issues with the PA Operations Manager, including timekeeping and absenteeism.
  6. Managing PA allocations, planning for pinch points, and adjusting based on business needs.
  7. Gathering feedback from Partners/Fee Earners and updating the PA Operations Manager.
  8. Meeting regularly with the Business Manager and nominated Partner to improve support and resolve issues.
  9. Leading training and development for the PA team.
  10. Managing probation processes, providing feedback at 6 weeks and end of probation, and addressing concerns with the PA Operations Manager.
  11. Approving and managing absences, arranging cover for planned or unplanned absences.
  12. Coordinating recruitment with the Recruitment team and onboarding new PAs.
  13. Supporting with projects across Legal Support Services and undertaking additional training as needed.
