Job summary

The University of Exeter invites applications for the Associate Learning Experience Developer role in Exeter. This full-time, permanent post is based in the Learning Development team, LXI, with hybrid working arrangements.

The post focuses on supervising a team of Associate Learning Developers and advancing online and blended education by designing engaging digital content and templates for our online courses. Strong HE experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with digital learning programmes, preferably in higher education.
• Significant experience leading the development of online courses.
• Excellent interpersonal skills; templating and developing fully online courses.
• Technical expertise and understanding of e-learning systems/services.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of Associate Learning Developers.
• Lead development of engaging digital content for online learning courses.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the university to design blended/online programmes.
• Enhance online and blended education within LXI.
