A leading company in the field is seeking an experienced Leader for their Learning and Development Department, focusing on Sales. The successful candidate will design innovative training concepts, execute engaging training sessions, and guide internal and external trainers. This strategic role also includes evaluating training effectiveness and collaborating across departments to align initiatives with business goals. The ideal applicant possesses a strong background in instructional design, excellent communication skills, and leadership experience.
Design & Develop: Create innovative and engaging training concepts, methods, and tools adapted to our business needs and learning objectives.
Execute & Deliver: Plan and conduct training sessions for employees and customers, with tailored content to suit diverse audiences.
Enable Others: Train-the-trainer—guide and support internal colleagues and external trainers to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery.
Lead & Organize: Build and lead the global training department, setting strategic direction, structure, and priorities.
Evaluate & Improve: Measure training effectiveness and continuously optimize learning interventions based on feedback and performance data.
Collaborate: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including Sales, HR, Marketing, Communication and Customer Service, etc. to align training initiatives with business goals.
Proven experience in designing and delivering on- and off-site training programs, ideally in a sales or customer-oriented environment
Strong background in adult learning, instructional design, and modern training tools/methodologies
Confident facilitator with excellent presentation and communication skills
Experience in leading teams or departments is an advantage.
Strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability
Fluency in English
Specific knowledge of SAP/Salesforce/Workday is advantageous
