My client is on the lookout for a Lead Learning Consultant to help scale their delivery capability and ensure high-quality, consistent training across a range of technical and professional development programmes.

This is a leadership role within a fast-growing learning solutions provider, working with global names across finance, insurance, and tech. You'll take ownership of instructor management and development, support course quality and consistency, and help drive learner engagement and commercial impact.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading a diverse pool of instructors, aligning their skills with programme needs
• Identifying gaps in capability and supporting recruitment and onboarding of new trainers
• Monitoring and coaching instructors to ensure top-tier delivery
• Developing and embedding best-in-class frameworks across technical, soft skills, and capital markets training
• Acting as a key point of escalation for delivery issues
• Occasionally delivering training yourself to ensure client success
• Integrating GenAI tools and platforms to boost content creation and learner interaction
• Supporting commercial teams with ROI metrics and learner feedback

What We’re Looking For:

• 10+ years of industry experience, ideally across tech, finance, or education
• Hands-on delivery experience in training or graduate development programmes
• Strong technical knowledge and instructional leadership
• Confident communicator who can step into delivery as needed
• Commercially aware, outcome-driven, and experienced in balancing quality with business needs
• Bonus points if you’ve led teams of instructors or worked with modern learning platforms
