Job summary

Rochester Regional Health is seeking a Technical Specialist for Large Molecule Bioanalysis in York, UK. You will lead the development, validation and lifecycle management of LBAs supporting regulated and non-regulated studies.

The role requires expertise in PK/TK, ADA and biomarker assays, with emphasis on data integrity, quality, and regulatory alignment. Onsite, 37.5 hours/week, Mon-Fri, 9:00–17:00.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a BSc (or equivalent) in a relevant scientific subject.
• At least 5 years’ experience in a bioanalytical laboratory environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and validate large molecule bioanalytical assays (LBA) in line with GLP/GCP.
• Lead method development, transfer, validation and study support with data integrity.
• Oversee laboratory equipment, CSV/computerised systems and CAPA processes.
