Job summary

Kgkgenix is seeking a Project Delivery Lead to own the end-to-end delivery of print projects from brief through to final installation. You will ensure on-time, within-budget, high-quality outcomes while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

In this role you will coordinate internal teams across production, artwork and installation, monitor progress, manage risks and maintain clear communication with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Industry experience in Large Format Print.
• Proven project management capabilities.
• Sound knowledge of design to print workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Detail oriented with strong teamwork.
• Flexible with overtime.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from brief through to installation
• Coordinate internal teams across production, artwork, and installation
• Ensure timelines, specifications, and deliverables are met
• Monitor project progress through internal systems
• Identify and resolve risks early
• Maintain high standards of quality and accuracy
• Support communication throughout delivery
• Attend meetings and site visits where required
• Deliver projects within agreed budgets
• Flag risks to margin or timelines
• Support identification of additional opportunities
