Job summary

Kairos Recruitment is seeking a Project Manager in Stansted to drive exhibition projects from brief to installation. You will coordinate planning, schedules and resources, bridging clients with our graphics, design and production teams to deliver standout stands and graphics across events.

Based in Stansted with a mix of office and on-site work, you will manage budgets, timelines and supplier coordination, ensuring on-time delivery while maintaining high quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Exhibition build, graphics or large format print background.
• Experience in a Project Management role.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to plan with conflicting priorities and stay calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Immersing yourself in client briefings and planning.
• Collaborating with clients to realise their event vision.
• Creating tailored schedules and identifying resources.
• Coordinating cross-department communication and briefs.
• Managing projects across the UK and worldwide.
• Maintaining live schedules for smooth operations.
• Leading month-end financial tasks and invoice deadlines.
• Maintaining strong communication with design and production teams.
• Supporting on-site installation and quote alignment with prices.
• Expanding opportunities with organisers to grow the business.
