Job summary

CGLA is seeking an experienced Landscape Project Manager or a Senior Site Manager ready to take the next step to lead the delivery of high-end landscape projects. We design and build exceptional gardens across Buckinghamshire, the Home Counties and London, combining hard and soft landscaping with pools, structures, lighting and bespoke features.

• Experience delivering high-end landscape projects.
• Strong construction and landscaping knowledge.
• Ability to manage programmes, budgets and teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the construction programme.
• Lead client liaison throughout the build.
• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, plant, materials and specialist suppliers.
• Plan ahead for procurement and resource requirements.
• Manage project costs, variations and commercial performance.
• Identify programme, buildability and delivery risks early.
• Lead and support Foremen and site teams.
• Coordinate with designers, architects and other consultants.
• Monitor quality and drive a right-first-time approach.
• Manage snagging, handover and project completion.
• Ensure excellent health & safety standards throughout.
