Stafford Borough & Cannock Chase District Councils are seeking a Land Charges and Street Naming Team Leader to manage two statutory services from the Civic Centre in Stafford. You will lead the Local Land Charges and Street Naming and Numbering teams, providing expert advice on complex cases and collaborating with internal and external partners to ensure accurate information.

• Experience delivering Local Land Charges and Street Naming services.
• Sound understanding of statutory and policy framework for both services.
• Ability to lead, support and manage a team of officers.
• Strong organisational skills to prioritise demands and meet deadlines.
• Confidence using case management systems and spatial data capture.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Stafford Borough Street Naming and Numbering service.
• Oversee Local Land Charges and Street Naming delivery and provide expert advice.
• Develop policies, improve processes and work with partners to ensure timely information.
