As a Lead Kitchen Sales Designer, you will manage your own designs and leads while coaching our Kitchen Sales Designer team to ensure high-quality designs and excellent customer service. You will monitor the depot's lead bank to identify and nurture sales opportunities, ensuring timely presentations and follow-ups. Building long-term relationships with trade customers and end users will be key, creating lasting partnerships.

Your customer service skills will be crucial as you provide an outstanding experience to trade customers and end users. Meeting clients in their homes, you'll listen to their visions, understand their needs, and design kitchens that exceed expectations. You will negotiate with trade customers, promoting the quality and value of our products.
