Senior Sous Chef | Glasgow Central Area | Full Time

The role:

As a Senior Sous Chef, you will be an inspiring leader, creating a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support in coaching and developing your team to excel while driving restaurant performance and delivering excellent results.

What we look for:

  • Experience leading a kitchen team, driving performance in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, with a focus on caring and supporting your team.
  • Knowledge of food safety, health and safety standards, and financial performance including gross profit, stock control, and labor costs.
  • Ability to foster a coaching culture, recruit, and develop your team.
  • Problem-solving skills and quick decision-making ability.
