Rainford Berry seeks an experienced Joinery Workshop Assembly Manager in North West London to oversee daily operations of the assembly area, supervise joiners and assemblers, manage workloads and ensure on-time, high-quality output.

You will drive health and safety compliance, develop the team, improve standards, and work with procurement to ensure materials availability. The role offers a challenging environment in a well-established manufacturing business serving leading UK brands.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in a manufacturing/joinery setting.
• Strong knowledge of joinery assembly processes and drawings.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage teams under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid IT skills including MS Office and production software with safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across Assembly, Joinery and Specialist Joinery.
• Ensure products meet drawings, BOMs and company standards on time.
• Monitor efficiency, investigate discrepancies, drive compliance.
• Coordinate with Procurement to secure materials for plans.
• Develop team skills and support continuous improvement.
