Job summary

Bimplus is seeking an experienced Joinery Projects Installation Manager in Lancashire to oversee multiple bespoke joinery and interior fit-out projects. You will coordinate installation activities, lead site teams and subcontractors, and ensure delivery on time, to quality standards and safely.

The role requires strong technical joinery knowledge, over 5 years' experience, and the ability to read CAD drawings. A CSCS card is required; SMSTS is desirable.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience within the joinery industry, with practical project management and site installation exposure.
• CSCS card is required; SMSTS certification desirable.
• Knowledge of joinery manufacturing and installation processes and ability to read CAD drawings.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor site installation activities, ensuring labour and resources are effectively utilised.
• Manage site teams and subcontractors to keep projects on programme.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship, quality and presentation.
• Liaise with clients, contractors and stakeholders throughout installation.
• Prepare and maintain project-specific documentation (Risk Assessments, Method Statements, site files).
• Ensure all drawings and information are available for works and conduct site surveys.
