Job summary

NW Recruitment Services Ltd is seeking an experienced Joinery Projects Installation Manager for Lancashire-based projects. You will coordinate installation activities, manage site teams and subcontractors, and ensure projects run safely, on time and to the required quality.

The role requires strong joinery/fit-out experience, with a track record of delivering complex installations. A CSCS card is required, SMSTS desirable, and a First Aid qualification is advantageous. Salary reflects experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in joinery or interior fit-out projects.
• Proven track record delivering projects to deadlines.
• Ability to read bespoke joinery and manufacturing CAD drawings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee successful delivery of multiple joinery/installation projects on site.
• Coordinate site installation activities and resource utilisation.
• Manage site teams and subcontractors to keep programmes on track.
• Ensure high workmanship standards and project documentation are maintained.
• Liaise with clients, design, production and procurement teams throughout installation.
