Job summary

ScaleX™ Talent Solutions is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex joinery fit-out projects across the UK, predominantly London. This full lifecycle role centers on bridging design, manufacturing, and installation to deliver exceptional outcomes.

You’ll own end-to-end delivery, coordinate design teams with manufacturing schedules, manage budgets and stakeholders, and drive quality and on-site execution in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in joinery fit-out or construction project delivery.
• Strong understanding of design, manufacturing, and installation processes.
• Confidence managing project budgets, timelines, and stakeholders.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple moving parts in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Project delivery from design through to installation.
• Coordinating design teams to meet project specifications.
• Managing manufacturing schedules and quality control.
• Leading onsite installation teams.
• Maintaining strong client communication.
• Managing project budgets and timelines.
• Identifying and mitigating delivery risks.
