Lead Java Developer - Greenfield - Financial Services

We are currently working with a leading Financial Services client, based in London, looking to hire a Lead Java Developer to join their Regulatory Reporting team.

The candidate will have the opportunity to work on a Greenfield rebuild of the legacy platform on this multi-year project whilst also providing technical leadership.

Key Requirements:

1. Expert knowledge in Java and SQL
2. Experience with Spring-batch and Spring-boot application development
3. Knowledge of reporting tools, such as SSRS, PostgreSQL, SSAS, MS SQL Server, PowerBI
4. Knowledge of ETL/integration tools, such as SSIS, Informatica ETL, and Spring-Batch
5. Experience with technical leadership and/or mentoring
6. Previous experience working in Risk or Regulatory Reporting
7. Previous Greenfield system experience would be beneficial
