Role Overview:

We are seeking a forward-thinking, hands-on leader to drive innovation and excellence in software development. As a Lead Java Developer, you will be responsible for the design, development, optimization, and maintenance of high-performance, cutting-edge software solutions. Your role will involve working on key projects, including the migration of legacy systems and building a modern pricing engine.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading and mentoring a team of developers while remaining hands-on in development tasks
• Designing and enhancing low-latency systems, focusing on high performance

• Troubleshooting complex issues and documenting solutions
