Lead IT Project Manager

Bellrock Group is seeking a Lead IT Project Manager. Reporting to the Head of IT Delivery, you will manage the projects office team, ensuring objectives are met and duties align with the standards set by the Head of IT Delivery. Additionally, you will support the delivery of Bellrock’s IT project portfolio to meet scope, quality, time, and budget requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Facilitate and QA project management deliverables ensuring they are fit for purpose and adhere to defined standards.
2. Mentor and manage the Projects Office team, fostering their development and ensuring objectives are achieved in line with standards.
3. Encourage open communication and knowledge sharing.
4. Manage major changes within the Bellrock Group, working with stakeholders to deliver objectives within scope, time, and cost.
5. Design and implement detailed project plans, defining work packages, costs, resources, risks, and decisions.
6. Oversee overall project progress and initiate corrective actions as needed.
7. Provide regular, accurate project status updates to senior management and stakeholders.
8. Manage, motivate, and develop project team members to expedite delivery and foster collaboration.
9. Act as deputy for the Head of IT Delivery when required.

Skills & Experience:

• Recognized project management qualification (PRINCE2, MSP, PMI, APMP, Agile).
• Experience establishing and managing processes like Change Control, Risk & Issues Management, Documentation, and Product Assurance.
• Proven ability to foster a positive team culture.
• Experience managing and developing a team of project managers.
• Hands-on approach with a ‘can-do’ attitude.
• Organized, self-motivated, and passionate about customer service.

Working Arrangements:
