Job Description:

Our client is a growing Financial Technology (FinTech) company that develops innovative software for investment managers, hedge funds, and private equity markets.

They are expanding their IT Operations and Support team and seek an experienced engineer with strong Linux and AWS knowledge who can lead projects and mentor others.

This diverse role involves client-facing support engineering for cutting-edge applications and SaaS platforms. You will work with Linux, AWS, and DevOps tools such as Kubernetes and Terraform, along with various Windows/Microsoft technologies.

As a Lead, you will serve as an SME and a key team member—owning and driving projects and assisting in the development of junior staff.

Requirements:

1. Experience in a similar Infrastructure Support or IT Operations Engineering role
2. Proficiency in Linux and AWS
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Leadership experience within a team, including taking initiative and driving tasks forward
5. Experience with monitoring, DevOps, and automation (preferred)
