The ideal candidate will have 10 to 15 years of experience in software development and IT consulting, particularly in the insurance sector. As a Lead IT Architect, you will collaborate closely with clients to understand their challenges, define IT strategies, develop architecture solutions, and secure buy-in for your recommendations. You will be responsible for larger, complex modules within projects, and start to develop specialized knowledge to solve client problems. You will also assume team lead responsibilities, demonstrate intellectual leadership, and contribute to practice area development.
You will work with clients to develop digital and technology concepts, support technical implementations on-site, and apply your technical expertise, business understanding, and analytical skills. Additionally, you will mentor junior team members, assist with project proposals, foster client relationships, and identify new business opportunities.
