Job summary

Admiral Group Plc is seeking a Senior iOS Engineer to lead the iOS platform, own architecture and drive technical direction. You will mentor others and raise engineering standards while delivering high-quality mobile experiences at scale.

You will collaborate with Product, Design and Backend teams to shape requirements and APIs, participate in an Agile process, and help evolve our iOS applications with modern development practices.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering and scaling iOS applications in production environments.
• Strong experience in fast-paced, product-focused teams.
• Track record of building complex features and evolving app architecture.
• Mentoring engineers and influencing engineering direction.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD and modern release pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the iOS application architecture for scalability and performance.
• Lead design and delivery of complex features and architectural improvements.
• Collaborate with Product, Design and Backend teams to define APIs and data contracts.
• Mentor engineers and foster high engineering standards.
• Contribute to rapid, iterative release cycles with CI/CD.
