Lead Investigator, People Relations - 12 month contract

Are you passionate about fairness, integrity, and making workplaces safer, more inclusive, and more supportive?

We’re looking for a Lead Investigator to join a People Relations team for a 12-month temporary contract.

The Lead Investigator will be part of a team of workplace investigators working for a leading global media and entertainment company.

Role responsibilities:

  • Lead investigations into workplace issues such as harassment, bullying, and discrimination across various business areas.
  • Conduct investigations with confidentiality, empathy, and fairness, adhering to EU, state, and local laws, as well as internal policies.
  • Collaborate closely with legal, HR, security, and inclusion teams to resolve complex employee relations cases with integrity and insight.
  • Support the Senior Director by mentoring investigators, managing caseloads, and improving investigation processes across the region.

Candidate requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience as an Employment Investigator.
  • Deep understanding of employment law and people policies across the EMEA region.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive matters with compassion, discretion, and professionalism.
  • Ability to work remotely and flexibly across different time zones.
  • Proficiency in an additional European language is beneficial.
